WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting / Engineering or related field preferred; Successful and applicable work experience of 5+ years may be acceptable in place of a formal degree.
4+ years experience customer service, sales and/or pricing management required
2+ years experience in manufacturing preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Serve as primary SG contact for new designs and legacy quote inquires. Act as a liaison between customers, internal team and field sales personnel regarding required information related to customers quotes and inquires.
• Generate and maintain pricing/quote related reports as required or direct.
• Send out data sheets and related information.
• Provide quote support via phone, email or websites regarding inquiries initiated by customers
• Maintains and improves quality of service by following standards and/or recommending revisions to existing policies and procedure.
• Maintaining records of customer’s communication, sales activity and established internal communication systems.
• Support CSR’s to approve pricing and add cross reference to the ERP system for customer purchase orders. (QAD/On-Base)
• Review product margins and implement actions to optimize company portfolio
