As a Quoting Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our sales processes are efficient and effective by preparing accurate and timely quotes for our products and services. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, as you will work closely with sales representatives, customers, and suppliers to gather information and formulate competitive pricing proposals. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving our business objectives. You will be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leveraging various software tools to streamline the quoting process. An ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, with the ability to navigate complex pricing structures to provide clear and comprehensive quotes. Duties Include: Prepare accurate quotations for telecommunications products and services based on customer requirements. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide appropriate pricing solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products, pricing structures, and industry trends. Ensure timely delivery of quotes to customers, adhering to internal deadlines and quality standards. Participating in sales calls Utilize specialized software tools to generate and track quotes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation. Case management Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with PEGA and Salesforce is preferred, but not required. Proven experience as a quoting specialist or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry. Strong knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and pricing models. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficiency in using quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with customers and internal teams.
