As part of the CTO Office, you will serve as a strategic technical leader driving Nokia’s vision for Autonomous Networks and Intent-Based Networking (IBN). This role combines architecture authority, industry thought leadership, and hands-on prototyping to shape next-generation network automation and orchestration frameworks. You will influence standards, guide product strategy, and engage with customers and partners to accelerate adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Strategic Architecture Leadership Define future-state architectures for autonomous networks and intent-driven orchestration across multi-domain environments Align designs with cloud-native principles, microservices, and zero-trust security. Drive architectural decisions that influence product roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement Represent Nokia in standards bodies. Publish whitepapers, and shape industry narratives on automation, observability, and AI-driven operations. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and customers on technology strategy. Innovation & Prototyping Build reference implementations, POCs, and accelerators for autonomous networking and IBN. Validate emerging concepts such as closed-loop assurance, intent translation, and AI/ML-driven policy optimization. Collaborate with research teams to transition innovations into production-ready solutions. Technical Domains Network Automation & Manageability: Zero-touch provisioning, policy-driven orchestration, closed-loop control. Cloud-Native Architecture: Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, GitOps. Telemetry & Observability: Streaming data pipelines, OpenTelemetry, real-time analytics. AI/ML for Network Operations: Predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, intent verification. Data Modeling & APIs: YANG, YAML, OpenAPI, database schema design. Programming: C, Go, Python for high-performance and automation workflows.
