THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualification as laboratory assistant
• High School/University qualification in Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry
• Good knowledge of Italian and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Technical and scientific experience in method development and/or analysis in Research & Development environment
• Experience in applying technical know-how to development of consumer products is advantageous
• Ability to understand basic requirements during practical implementation of innovation including in a manufacturing set/up
• Understanding of physical and chemical principles

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fast paced and dynamic role to assist implementing assigned delivery projects and initiatives from proof of principle feasibility to successful handover to Category and/or IP submission.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proper operation, standardization & maintenance of laboratory equipment and working space
• Maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks and results
• Following the Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements
• Maintaining supplies inventory and order items when needed
• Ensuring that all development activities on assigned projects conforms to legislative, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements, including the adoption and tracking of laboratory best practices
• Participate in projects carrying out e.g.: Production of lab samples and samples for Performance tests, Analytical tests, Stability tests
• Conduct performance and analysis evaluations of new raw materials and competitive products
• Suggest improvements on the products, methods or management of the laboratory
• Read, understand and apply SOP protocols as per Reckitt Quality Manual and QMS requirements for the role.
