Description
Provides guidance and on the job training to staff. Assists subordinates in attaining career goals. Motivates individuals to achieve results. Works with manager to establish department goals and accountabilities. Assists manager to plan resource needs and hiring for department and projects. Works with professional staff in resolving technical problems. Ensures policies and processes are followed. Successfully complete technical work in one or more of the following: design and development, test of materials or products, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigation, and report preparation. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. Licenciature degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance or related field. English Level desired: 80-89% Desired knowledge: Desing control methods such as Risk Analysis (dFMEA, pFMEA) Desing Validation, Verification plans, protocol and report generation PDF/TDP system.
