Job Description As R&D Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in embedding cybersecurity principles into the lifecycle of our robotic and software systems. You will collaborate with R&D, product management, and compliance teams to assess risks, define security requirements, and support our alignment with security regulations and standards, including NIS2, CRA, and IEC 62443. Support the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity measures across our robotics platforms and IT infrastructure Assist in translating NIS2 and CRA requirements into actionable policies and controls Contribute to the development of security risk assessments and threat models Help define and enforce secure software and hardware development practices Participate in product certifications and assessments related to IEC 62443 Provide input on incident response planning and security testing Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and evolving regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in cybersecurity, preferably in an industrial or embedded systems context Familiarity with the NIS2 directive, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and IEC 62443 standards Understanding of network security, secure software development, and industrial control system (ICS) security Good analytical and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-driven mindset Fluency in English and Dutch Additional Information What do we offer you?
