Responsibilities:

Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Receive and meticulously examine raw data from diverse sources, identifying inconsistencies and errors.
• Execute data cleaning procedures following provided guidelines and protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Format, filter, and validate data to meet rigorous quality standards.Expertly handle large Excel sheets, emphasizing efficient data organization.
• Utilize Excel functions, formulas, and macros to streamline processes.
• Manage data storage, retrieval, and updates within Excel proficiently.
• Implement validation checks to guarantee data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to validate cleaned data structures and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Conduct basic quantitative analysis using Excel tools and functions.
• Develop user-friendly guides for data entry and manipulation tasks.
• Engage closely with cross-functional teams to grasp data requirements and maintain quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address queries related to data.
