Maintain the design database and document during new product development. 2. Prototype samples building and testing to identify issues for improvement. 3. Communicate with customers or China RD team to ensure the design inputs are correct. 4. Create the P-BOMs, design BOMs and ERP BOMs. 5. Release ECNs of design changes and update relevant drawings & databases. 6. Provide technical support for the products in mass production. 7. Find a solution for the quality issues related to design. 8. Work with the cross function teams to analyze customer’s complaints about the product and identify the root cause.
