You support our team as

Responsibilities
  • Development: Independently formulate new fastener coatings for locking and sealing and optimize existing systems from concept to release.
  • Analysis: Evaluate results against prescribed guidelines, standards, and internal quality criteria.
  • Testing: Plan and run lab tests (e.g., chemical and mechanical properties, rheology, adhesion, corrosion) and document them transparently.
  • Problem-solving: Identify root causes in straightforward to moderately complex cases and implement pragmatic corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales while continuously building process and customer knowledge.
  • Knowledge sharing: Explain complex topics clearly and provide informal onboarding support to new team members.
  • Commercial focus: Balance cost, quality, and time-to-market, aligning your work with business objectives
