We are looking for a proactive R&D Engineer with a chemical engineering background to support the development and improvement of paint, coatings, and related formulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lab research, product testing, and scale-up support, ensuring innovation and quality in our product offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of raw materials, additives, pigments, resins, and testing methods used in paints and coatings

• Develop and optimize formulations for paints, primers, and coatings.
• Conduct lab trials, stability testing, and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with production to scale up lab formulations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and test results.
• Stay updated with industry trends, raw materials, and new technologies.
