WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking for an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support our R&D activities as a dedicated Research and Development Engineer, focused on co-developing leading BESS solutions.
Ideally, you have a comprehensive understanding of PCB design, batteries, electronics and of the various sub-components involved in energy storage systems. They should also possess relevant experience in IoT and embedded software development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in embedded systems development
• Proficiency in electrical systems design, particularly related to energy storage and grid connections (12V to 1500V).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / KiCAD / Eagle / Altium or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of utility-scale battery chemistries and key performance indicators, with a focus on embedded control.
• Knowledge of utility-scale energy storage balance of plant technology and use cases.
• Insight into utility-scale energy storage system architectures and management systems.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and methodical work practices.
• A strong commitment to health and safety, adhering strictly to industry policies and standards.
