We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Biotech R&D Engineer to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of biotechnological processes and products, working closely with senior scientists and engineers to drive innovation and efficiency in our R&D projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in biotech R&D or related industry/research environment.
• Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, protein expression, and purification.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments and techniques (e.g., HPLC, SDS-PAGE, spectrophotometry).
• Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, GraphPad, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Conduct experimental design, execution, and analysis to support biotech product development.
• Develop and optimize protocols for genetic engineering, protein expression, purification, or other relevant biotechnological processes.
• Assist in scaling up laboratory findings to pilot and production-scale processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare technical reports on research findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams including quality control, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements and incorporate relevant techniques into research projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during experimentation and process development.
