Description
Your responsibilities will include: Work within small and focused teams to drive ideation, prototyping, evaluation, and efficient decision making. Provide strong technical subject matter expertise in the area of chemical sensor device design. Provide clear communication to stakeholders at key technical updates Develop a strong internal and external network, leveraging that network to deliver results on critical programs. Provide technical guidance to technicians/entry/mid-level engineers. BS in Mechanical, Biomedical, or similar Engineering field. Required minimum years of work experience (primarily in medical device or related field): 2+ years with BS. Demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions on a large-scale development program. Strong technical knowledge and experience in the mechanical and/or electrical design of chemical sensor technology space. Solid clinical knowledge and experience in physiologic monitoring. Experience managing technical aspects of projects as a member of a cross-functional team. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources. A proven ability to deliver robust technical solutions to complex engineering problems. MS in related technical field. Class II or Class III Medical Device product development experience. Advanced experimental design and statistical analysis knowledge. Knowledge and experience in advanced prototyping and fabrication techniques. Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
