Description
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar. Minimum 2+ years' experience in a related engineering field/industry. Experience developing product level test methods and equipment/fixturing. Good understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design. Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to execute and follow through on project responsibilities. Self-driven, with a creative approach to solving complex engineering problems. Good organizational, communication and collaboration skills. Highly motivated individuals that can drive deliverables through creative problem solving and collaboration among team members. Demonstrated ability to ideate, prototype, and implement creative test method solutions. History of experimental design and execution. Experience developing new complex product evaluation methods where current solutions are insufficient. Basic understanding of medical device design control / quality systems and the product development process (PLCP). Proficiency using SolidWorks.
Responsibilities
