Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support for front-end engineering projects and play a key part in new product development and technology transfer initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with global R&D, Engineering, and Business partners, as well as third-party suppliers, to bring lithium battery manufacturing technologies to the plant level. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and equipment development suppliers, you will lead on-site process validation, establish process capability, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about optimizing production processes to meet the highest quality and cost standards.
