Description
Provides design support for changes across the Metal Stent Portfolio. Creates the design change assessments and design validation or verification documentation and manage and implement design changes. Interfaces with Operations, Process Development, R&D, MTS, AEEG or Equipment Engineer and vendors. Communicates changes in project milestones and writes project reports as required. Experience of MRI for implantable materials an advantage. Must be able to provide technical guidance within a large team and be an effective communicator within a multidisciplinary and international organisation. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understands and complies with all the regulations governing the quality systems. HETAC Level 8 Degree in a relevant Technical Discipline, preferably Mechanical, Polymer, Materials or Biomedical Engineering. 4 + years medical device industry experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates should have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with strong technical capabilities and be capable of handling multiple development aspects of assigned projects.
