Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: ENGINEER THE EXTRAORDINARY

As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation—designing, developing, and validating high-performance RF and analog hardware. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts in FPGA, firmware, mechanical design, and manufacturing to bring visionary ideas to life. You will play a vital role in our product development team, which focuses on designing, developing, and testing RF and microwave test equipment.
We seek a self-motivated engineer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment. You will be responsible for designing and simulating analog and RF hardware designs. The ideal candidate is equally proficient in design and characterization in a hands-on environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Architect and simulate advanced analog and RF circuits for signal sources
  • Troubleshooting the hardware when it arrives
  • Lead component selection and schematic design with precision and creativity
  • Drive PCB/PCA layout and design, ensuring optimal performance
  • Perform hands-on electrical characterization and debugging using state-of-the-art tools
  • Create clear, impactful technical documentation
  • Mentor and inspire early-career engineers, shaping the next generation of talent
