Description

Job description: Design and conduct lab experiments to formulate new products. Lead the necessary internal and external communications to build technology platform for new product exploration. Identify and research on new technologies in electronic materials, thermal management, electronic packaging, display, etc. to support the growth opportunities. Collect information of competitors, end users and industries, monitor technology trends and make analysis/proposals for counteraction. Participates in customer engagements to understand and analyze market needs. Generate and execute the proof-of-concept plans to quick verify technical feasibility. Work with global / local commercial and production team on product development and customer support activities Cross-functions communications on projects Qualifications: Master degree in electronics materials, electronics, polymer, materials, chemistry, or related. Minimum 3 years of experience in new material research and development, experience in electronics or semiconductor industry would be preferred. Rich knowledge in composite material design, synthesis, processing, and testing methodologies. Innovative in problem solving, open minded and quick learning. Enthusiastic for complex technical challenges. Systematic planning, execution and experimental skills.
