Overview Join us on this exciting journey! This role will be facilitated through the third-party employment vendor appointed by PepsiCo Thailand. Responsibilities Main Purpose: Effectively support the product innovation and compliance agenda in both foods and beverage by ensuring quality and food safety standards are met. Monitor assigned quality and food safety metrics in order to provide needed oversight and governance. Market scope – Indo-China Foods, Asia Bev & GMD Business Unit Accountabilities Provide Food Safety and Quality support on assigned projects, working closely with R&D Product Developers and Supply Chain/ Operations, whilst meeting project timelines. Ensure Quality and Food Safety guardrails have been addressed in the innovation Stage gate ( FSQA requirement in dGIB, P, Spec Approvals, Material qualification requirements, HACCP, Gate Sign Offs, Support Trial if required, Lock Finished product Specs) Review Raw Material, Product and Process specifications. Provide comments and Approve in the Document Management System (Asia document, SAP system, LISU system). Provide guidance to the product development team on Material Qualification. Provide support to Asia FSQA Manager as required eg onsite support during Innovation Trials, Line Qualifications, auditing – including following up on CAPA’s Support Quality Governance & Compliance programs such as Product performance monitoring, Standard Qualification, review Asia related quality & food safety results and share Design Customer Complaints to the R&D Team and work to drive improvements. Maintain a close working relationship between the key internal customers – R&D Team, Supply Chain/Operations, Marketing& trade team and & Global & Region FSQA Team members as required Qualifications 3 years+ of working experience Quality or Food Safety position within the Food Industry Graduation info: B. Sc (Food Science) or similar. Strong technical and analytical skills. Computer literate - ability to collect, process and summarize data. Develop presentation Effective communication (English and Thai communication is a must) and project management skills Multitasking and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks Strong ownership &accountability, discipline, commitment, attention to details, good time management skill, flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Passion & eagerness to learn, fast learner Self-driven- operate effectively and independently, without need for continuous guidance and supervision
