ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is to support the delivery of NPD projects for the Mucinex brand, to ensure they are progressed to the required standard and agreed timelines, by supporting all the formulation related activities e.g. formulation development and evaluation, process scale up and validation, stability technical assessment and solving technical problems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate products to meet the product brief providing:
• Formulation development data (formula and material justification, in line with QbD principles, etc.)
• A robust manufacturing process and data to support technology transfer to commercial scale.
• Generate laboratory data to support claims.
• Support generation of clinical and consumer supplies and running in house organoleptic studies.
• Work closely with third party manufacturers and support due diligence of in-licencing projects.
• Solve technical problems using knowledge, research and advice from peers/seniors.
• Ensuring project milestones are delivered on time and to plan.
• Support all NPD/EPD projects, ensuring formulation aspects are effectively managed and any issues highlighted to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Liaise closely with other relevant Reckitt functions in order to deliver projects.
• Ensure all products are developed in-line with Reckitt global quality manuals and statutory quality requirements, particularly Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team with respect to new technologies, procedures and/or processes, compliance, H&S and audit readiness.
