Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on herbal ingredients, their properties, and optimal extraction methods.
• Develop new formulas for herbal supplements and beverages, ensuring product safety, efficacy and uniqueness.
• Conduct laboratory and clinical trials to test product safety and efficacy.
• Record and document the entire research and development process in detail.
• Seek new innovations in herbal product development to meet the growing market needs through several literatures, national and international events and attend seminars on natural products.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and regulatory (Quality Assurance) teams to ensure the smooth running of the product development process.
• Education: Minimum D3 / S1 Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, Food Technology or other related fields.
• Experience: Minimum > 5 years of experience in herbal or health food product development.
• Understanding of phytochemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology, natural materials analysis methods.
• Good knowledge of health product regulations.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Communication skills in English both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Thorough and detailed.
• Creative and innovative.
• Able to work under pressure.
