Description

This position is accountable for managing the timely development of new and/or improved products/processes in support of business goals and objectives, meeting or exceeding the agreed upon completion dates, and the timely resolution of internal and external technical problems. Presentations will routinely be made to marketing, sales, technical, and manufacturing organizations. This position is also accountable for the prioritization of overall formula improvements for the Aerosol group including the following Brands/projects: Krylon, DupliColor, VHT and OEM color matching requests. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
