Job Description Draft progress reports, periodic technical reports, and final reports, ensuring timely submission to the relevant authorities. Review and validate technical project deliverables to ensure compliance with program standards and requirements. Act as a liaison among project teams working in the fields of materials, mechanics, and mechatronics. Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration and consolidate inputs from different departments. Facilitate effective communication with consultancy firms, universities, and business partners; organize meetings and workshops. Support the planning and execution of patent applications arising from project results. Contribute to the preparation of academic articles, technical reports, and scientific publications. Conduct literature reviews, technology reports, and patent searches, and share findings with project teams. Assist in the preparation of new project applications (pre-analysis, budget planning, technical content). Ensure project activities are carried out in line with the work plan, and identify/report potential risks at early stages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Strong knowledge of EU and TÜBİTAK R&D incentive programs and their regulations. Experience in project reporting, documentation, and compliance processes. Familiarity with patent processes, scientific publications, and literature reviews. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
