Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to answer questions in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
• If they cannot formulate a response this way, please coach or whittle down the resume.
• Note, answers should pull from multiple projects and not the same one over and over.
• Candidate’s resume should not be a dictionary please have them only include relevant experience which they can speak to.
• Candidate should be able to speak to multiple projects completed within the any of the systems that I’ve noted previously.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a good communicator Per client, he cannot fix an issue if he doesn’t know about it. He depends on the team to bring an issue to his attention immediately and not wait for the weekly 1-on-He makes this clear up front but he wants us to ensure candidates have these soft skills before we pass the resume his way.
• Must have a Proactive (NOT reactive) style/approach.
• Critical thinker.
• A Veeva connector project and it’s validation approach.
• Veeva security profiles, configurations, reference lookups, DACs, etc.
