Job Description: We are looking for a person who is: 1. An organized and proactive individual with a high sense of coordination and a high sense of responsibility 2. Collaborate with R&D staff to support ongoing projects logistically 3. Support smooth and efficient operation of our lab facilities. 4. Oversee inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining lab equipment 5. Monitor and perform routine maintenance of lab equipment and infrastructure. 6. Coordinate preventive maintenance and service calls with external vendors. 7. Support lab setups, rearrangements, and workspace optimization. 8. Ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. 9. Maintain up-to-date HW and equipment records Requirements Job Requirements: Must: Experience: 3+ years in a similar logistics, operations, or lab support role Experience with customs clearance procedures and international shipping documentation Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, sciences, or engineering is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic technical knowledge of lab equipment Proficiency with MS Office, inventory tracking tools e.g., Excel, Oracle systems is a plus Team player with good communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent issues Good English (spoken and written) We are looking for candidates capable of self-learning and working in a dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills and team player, being able to see the big picture from a broad perspective.
