Key Responsibilities Assist chemists and laboratory engineers in conducting synthesis experiments and routine analytical procedures Perform experimental documentation and data analysis for polyurethane dispersion development projects Conduct regular material testing and evaluation activities Manage and maintain sample and raw material inventory Ensure laboratory safety compliance and maintain workspace organization Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard procedures Required Qualifications Current enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science Understanding of fundamental laboratory procedures and analytical techniques Practical experience with standard chemistry experiments and analytical methods Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory software applications Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent organizational and time management capabilities Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrated commitment to laboratory safety protocols Time Commitment Minimum 2-3 working days per week for 6 months, or 4-5 working days per week for minimum 4 months Key Competencies Ability to work independently under supervision Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Excellent teamwork skills in a diverse environment Laboratory safety awareness and compliance Technical problem-solving abilities Equipment handling and maintenance skills This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial research and development while contributing to innovative polyurethane technology development.
