Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our R&D team. This role is ideal for a student majoring in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field who is passionate about nutrition and supplements. The intern will gain practical lab experience and contribute to real product development and scientific research activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled in a Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related undergraduate program.
  • Foundational knowledge in food science and/or chemistry.
  • Interest in food, nutrition, and dietary supplements.
  • Familiar with lab safety and basic experimental protocols.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Scientific databases (e.g., Elsevier, Google Scholar, PubChem)
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with R&D staff on ongoing formulations and research tasks.
  • Assist with product development activity, including sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
  • Help document experimental procedures, observations, and results with accuracy.
  • Conduct scientific literature reviews using academic and technical databases (e.g., Google Scholar, PubChem, Elsevier, etc).
  • Compile scientific evidence to support product claims, food safety, and regulatory compliance.Support lab operations such as hygiene, equipment maintenance, and raw material inventory management.
