MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2- 4 years of experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or similar OR recent Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with no experience required.

THE ROLE

As a Research and Development Lab Technician at EnergyX, you will support our research and development operations as a key contributor in the synthesis, testing, and analysis of innovative organic and inorganic compounds. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior researchers, gaining invaluable mentorship while executing experimental plans and managing testing schedules. Our ideal candidate will show a keen attention to detail as they convert raw data into comprehensive reports that drive projects forward. Safety is our top priority! Our employees are expected to uphold OSHA regulations while ensuring a secure working environment. As part of our Operations team, you will maintain accurate inventories, facilities procurement processes, and keep our laboratory organized and efficient. GENERAL LABORATORY DUTIES:

• Collaborate effectively within the operations team to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain accurate inventories of materials, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing research activities.
• Facilitate procurement processes by ordering equipment, chemicals, and other necessary supplies in a timely manner.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the laboratory environment to promote efficiency and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
