Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

As an R&D Manager, you’ll lead strategic client relationships, deliver high-value claims, and help build one of the most ambitious R&D tax teams in the country. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex R&D tax claims across multiple sectors.
• Provide strategic planning and consultancy across a broad client base
• Own client relationships and become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Ensure technical accuracy and legislative compliance across all submissions
• Collaborate with technical, finance, and delivery teams to drive results
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, raising the bar across the team
• Assist in progressing business development opportunities and pitch for work with both new and existing clients
• Contribute to operational improvement, client retention, and growth
