3. To manage product development of seasoning to comply with customers’ requirements and food regulation of Singapore and importing countries.
4. Lead the R&D team and overseas subsidiaries in all R&D scope of work.
5. To maintain the standard of the HACCP system and implementation.
6. To ensure the production plants and products are of high quality standard.
7. To laise with food inspectors, Health Certificate application and plant inspection.
8. To handle sample request from Sales.
9. To train R&D Executives/Assistants in their scopes of work and product development.
10. To handle R&D documentation such as Product Specification and customer compliance requirements.
11. In-charge of Halal certificates application with MUI
