We are currently partnering exclusively with an advanced Galway start up as they expand their R&D team with three new permanent hires. As part of this expansion, they are hiring an experienced R&D Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI and transfer products from design to manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience in medical device manufacturing essential
• Experience in new product introduction and transferring products from design to production is essential

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement industry-leading manufacturing processes while meeting quality, time and cost objectives
• Manage procurement, installation, calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Generate manufacturing inputs and outputs such as bills of materials and assembly procedures
• Create and execute prototypes, test methods and product verification
• Lead communications with key customers, suppliers and cross-functional project teams to deliver differentiated solutions for the market.
