WHAT YOU WILL DO Proceed with activities for the trial of new product development, new process equipment, new raw material development, backup sources, and process improvement troubleshooting. Collect and store necessary samples, run stability tests, and prepare reports. Prepare procedures, work instructions, and forms related to the production line/process. Maintain proper documentation, review and revise it to ensure timely updates, effective and efficient storage, and accessibility. Guarantee the self-safety and support safety of colleagues and production line during working Perform other job-related assignmentsOUR PERFECT CANDIDATE College Degree or above in Food Technology and/or Food Chemistry At least 2 years of experience in the Technology or QC area of Food Companies Experience in Quality & Food Safety Management System would be an advantage Good command of English (reading and writing) and computer usage. Fluent in English would be an advantageWE OFFER
