In this critical role, you will facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of the R&D group, ensuring a smooth and synchronized workflow for all R&D activities and releases. This position is temporary for 6 months. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with R&D, IT and Product teams to ensure timely and procedural releases Coordinate deployment and maintenance schedules Manage, develop, and monitor workflows and process automations to enhance efficiency Oversee the R&D Jira projects, ensuring they are well-organized and consistently updated Work closely with R&D leadership to support the management of KPIs and objectives What We’re Looking For A team player with excellent interpersonal skills Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently Exceptional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory) Hands-on experience with Jira (a significant advantage) B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (preferred) Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (preferred) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
