Description

Overview This is a hands on laboratory role supporting core analytical testing, innovation programs, shelf life studies, and manufacturing support. The role is critical to ensuring reliable, timely analytical data through routine testing, equipment upkeep, and strong compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Execute routine analytical testing across raw materials, ingredients, in process samples, and finished products. Support core analytical programs (e.g. moisture, oil, salt, colour, shelf life testing). Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned analytical equipment. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of results in laboratory systems (e.g. LabVantage). Support internal and external analytical testing programs as required. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, GLP, and Quality Management System requirements (including ISO 17025 where applicable). Escalate equipment issues, deviations, or non conformances in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with the Analytical Programs team to support daily testing priorities. Qualifications Laboratory experience in an analytical or testing environment. Hands on experience performing routine analytical testing. Strong attention to detail and data quality. Good understanding of laboratory safety practices. Experience in a regulated or ISO 17025 laboratory. Experience with food, ingredient, or consumer product analysis. Familiarity with LIMS (e.g. LabVantage).
