Responsibilities:
As an R&D Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities
  • Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
  • Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
  • Provides solutions which may set precedent
  • Independently determines method for completion of new projects
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
    Qualifications:
    Required Qualifications
    Requires a minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 6+ years and a Master’s degree; Or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience.Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)
