PROJECT LEADER

Short description
We are looking for a Project Leader to manage product development and improvement projects. The role involves coordinating teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments. The selected candidate will meet deadlines, manage risks, and optimize processes. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a complex and structured environment.

Tasks

  • Oversee and coordinate product development and modification projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope.

  • Manage and delegate tasks within the project team while maintaining smooth communication between departments such as R&D, Operations, and Sales.


  • Define project objectives, establish clear timelines, and track progress to ensure successful completion.

  • Identify potential challenges and risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures.

  • Plan and manage project budgets, overseeing resource allocation and cost control.

  • Supervise the documentation process, ensuring all records are accurate and aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain direct communication with suppliers and external partners, handling negotiations and technical discussions when necessary.

  • Lead regular team meetings to align stakeholders, address issues, and keep projects moving forward.

  • Provide frequent reports and updates to senior management on key project milestones, challenges, and financial aspects.

  • Support feasibility studies and supplier evaluation processes as part of early-stage planning.

  • Monitor production processes, oversee prototype development, and ensure smooth transitions into manufacturing.

  • Manage project modifications, process change requests, and communicate adjustments effectively to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.


  • At least 3 years of background in the medical devices or life sciences sector.

EXPERIENCE IN IVDR PROJECTS.


  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Experience working in multinational corporate environments.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
