QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and MS Project
  • Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Familiarity with economic principles and economic indicators of projects and business
  • Team player capable of leading and motivating towards goals
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards 1 | R&D Project Manager
  • Proactive, independent, willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
  • Managing international projects with regard to deadlines, quality, and robustness of the final product from concept to release to the global market
  • Timely planning of development tasks, reflecting internal processes and tools with an emphasis on high quality project output
  • Communication and coordination of tasks within the team and across internal and international departments (R&Ds, CRCs, design, production, etc.)
  • Ensuring tests in internal and external laboratories to meet international standards and internal regulations
  • Monitoring and continuous evaluation of KPIs
  • Planning and monitoring the project budget
  • Reporting to superiors and project stakeholders
