• They lead projects for the continuous development of new, innovative products and features for our extensive product portfolio, are part of our project management team, and understand management as a team task.
• They actively participate in defining our product portfolio, always keep customer benefits in mind, and work closely with portfolio management in product management.
• Together with the project managers and all relevant stakeholders, the projects and releases are driven to success and actively manage the triangle of scope, timeline, and costs.
• They work closely with the agile development teams in the business unit as well as with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• You are jointly responsible for shaping the program and project management processes, and you also actively participate in the further development of our organization.
• They embrace continuous improvement, designing and advocating creative and pragmatic solutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a completed degree in engineering, physics or chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in development and project management for the development of series products, and you have already successfully launched products on the market.
• They have experience working with agile development teams as well as in hybrid models.
• Ideally, you also have experience with lifecycle management or the continuous development of products.
• They have good English skills.
• Your strong quality awareness and analytical approach set you apart.
