POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology or equivalent.
• Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering, preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in an experimental laboratory setting.
• 5+ years QA Leadership experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM, ARM and ISO guidelines for materials in rotational molding industry.
• Ability to integrate; ISO9001 and ISO14001 for documentation and program tracking.
• Proficient with Minitab Software for SQC or equivalent – Preferred but not required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to work with Customer Relations Rep for initial color match to customer requirements
• Responsible for production color control and color matching
• Standardization of all QA testing and protocols found in the company’s Quality Manual.
• Scheduling or performing maintenance and calibration for lab equipment and instruments.
