Description
Contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of e-beam systems and related instrumentation. Support NPI activities, including prototype validation, qualification, process transfer, and production ramp-up. Analyze technical and experimental data using Python or similar tools to support decision-making. Manage suppliers through SOW definition, project coordination, specification alignment, quality control, and issue resolution. Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NPI phase-gate documentation requirements Collaborate with other engineers to ensure a prompt execution as well as efficient and smooth production Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and experimental skills; experience with vacuum systems, electron optics, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Python, JMP, Excel). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities. Interest or experience in supplier management and quality control. Knowledge of project management, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology is a plus. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
