QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
• Strong hardware experience and background, with some software development knowledge.
• Solid understanding of RF and microwave hardware.
• Experience in developing, testing, and debugging software.
• Desire to work with worldwide groups and across teams of engineers to achieve objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting RF, analog, and digital circuits.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency with electronic test equipment and circuit testing.
• Ability to calculate measurement uncertainties.
• Experience with MSDN, Visual Studio, .NET, C#, and .NET Remoting.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

• Design and develop innovative products, components, processes, and systems.
• Utilize broad engineering concepts and research techniques to create groundbreaking solutions.
• Document research and design specifications to ensure clarity and precision.
• Tackle complex and high-impact design and development problems, including customer application issues.
• Use your product and customer applications knowledge to define, develop, and validate design concepts and methods.
• Facilitate the transition of product designs and enhancements to full production and delivery.
• Lead product definition and system design for complex features or coordinate a small group in feature development and integration.
