QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum education of S1 chemical engineering, food technology or relevant majors.
• Have work experience as RnD Spv for at least 2-3 years.
• Have experience in managing teams and supervising RnD projects.
• Have an understanding of product development
• Have creativity and innovation in developing products
• Able to speak English actively
• Master Microsoft Office

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Prepare a Work Plan from the Program submitted by the Product Research & Development Manager
• Control and supervise the performance and fulfillment of targets in the Product Research & Development division team
• Responsible for the consistency of product quality and raw materials and the development of products produced
• Assist the work of the Product Research & Development Manager in achieving targets or goals set by the company
