Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in and operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
  • Utilize a computer and data system for data entry while following written instructions
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
  • Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience is a must.
  • Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication are required.

Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly following verbal and written instructions regarding safety, chemical handling and wafer processing.
  • Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.
  • Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company. Ability to work overtime.
  • Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills.
  • Be comfortable using computers and learning new computer programs.
  • Able to stand and walk the entire shift.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrating excellent manual dexterity.
  • The position requires working nights on a compressed workweek, following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 work schedule.

Pay Range:
USD $68,930.00 - USD $114,880.00 Year
