We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented R&D Technician to support our Research & Development team. Working under the direct supervision of an R&D Scientist, the technician will assist in bench-top formulation work, raw material testing, competitive product analysis, and basic analytical testing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in food science, culinary arts, or food manufacturing who is eager to gain experience in a lab environment with strong GMP and safety standards.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Terms: Contract to Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or Associate’s degree (AS) in Food Science or related field preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in food labs, kitchens, or manufacturing environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curious, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work well on a team
• Basic written communication and documentation skills
