In this exciting role, you’ll work on the full journey of product development - from idea to launch - across a variety of pet food formats. You’ll collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and innovative products that meet both market and customer needs.

Leading and supporting new product development projects from concept to launch.
Modifying and improving existing products to meet customer expectations.
Designing recipes and overseeing nutritional, palatability, and analytical trials.
Preparing product specifications and supporting customer visits, audits, and presentations.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring new ideas to life.
