JOB DESCRIPTION:

Nyle Water Heating Systems is looking for an R&D Testing Technician. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong background in testing industrial equipment with a focus on HVAC equipment:

• Test prototypes to verify products performance and reliability.
• Develop and improve test capabilities for Heat Pump Water Heaters.
• Document various test procedures, SOPs, wiring diagrams.
• Assist with construction of product prototypes and test apparatuses.
• Assist the engineering department in resolving product issues or production difficulties.
• Work collaboratively as part of the engineering team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in basic electrical concepts is Required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
• Very detail oriented and thorough work attitude.
• Engineering or Related Education preferred.
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic or Python is a plus.
• PLC knowledge is a plus.
• HVAC or heat pump/refrigeration knowledge is a plus.
