Roles / Responsibilities: Veeva Clinical Data Oversaw support team operations, guiding team and assisting in resolving ticket-related queries and issues Serving as Support SME for the CDMS application, handling escalations, complex support requests and connecting with end users to resolve the issues and guiding them. Managed incidents and service requests with a primary focus on configuration-related issues Prepared and presented weekly operational and performance reports for the CDMS application Monitored application jobs and connectors to ensure smooth system integrations and stability Created and maintained knowledge base articles; monitored and addressed discrepancies across the application and ServiceNow Supported service requests and change requests to ensure seamless application functionality Analyzed application and support data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Veeva RIM Worked on migrating the Harmony application to the Mediva RIM application, where I integrated its functionalities and configured the necessary changes in Mediva RIM. Worked on configuring layout rules, creating new object fields, and modifying object lifecycles. Additionally, I developed new object lifecycles, provided permission sets, and configured sharing rules for foundational data objects. Worked and successfully executed on IQ scripts for RIM. Veeva PromoMats Have good understanding of Vault Configuration that includes Document Lifecycle, Document Types, Document Fields, Workflows, Object, Object Lifecycle, Object Workflows, Permission Sets/Security Profile, User Management. Worked on more than 2000 service requests and multiple incidents in PromoMats application. Worked on change requests in JIRA, creating technical assessment and performed PDA activities for PromoMats application. Provided knowledge transfer on PromoMats functionality and process. Loaded bulk document changes through loader. Successfully deployed monthly release change requests for PromoMats application.
