Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). Strong knowledge of: General Ledger Accounting Account Reconciliations Financial Close Processes Journal Entries Intercompany Accounting Financial Reporting Experience configuring Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules. Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
