You exemplify kindness, positivity, and professionalism. You understand how to approach others respectfully and remain composed under pressure. Prior caregiving experience or a State Tested Nurse’s Aide (STNA) license is a plus! Responsibilities * Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming * Engage with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner * Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff * Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care Requirements * Compassionate and respectful demeanor * Team-oriented and community-focused mindset * Prior caregiving experience preferred * State Tested Nurse’s Aide license is a plus * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
