You help our residents with their daily needs in a respectful and compassionate way, and your attention to detail ensures a clean, safe, and supportive environment for everyone in our community. Responsibilities * Participate in shift change reports * Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility * Follow infection control and safety procedures * Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience * Launder residents' belongings * Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges * Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Provide daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control procedures and assisting with dining and laundry needs.
